  • Right to correction and erasure: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, updated, or completed, and request deletion of data no longer needed for the purpose it was collected
  • Right to withdraw consent: withdraw any consent you previously gave, at any time, as easily as you gave it — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal
  • Right to grievance redressal: a readily available means to raise grievances about our processing (see the Grievance Officer section below)
  • Right to nominate: nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of your death or incapacity
  • Export your data, opt out of marketing communications, and control cookies

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

13. Grievance Officer

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your questions, data-privacy requests, and complaints about how we collect, use, or disclose your information.
